Christian Prayez alto, composition With a degree in violin, percussion, chamber music and music history from the Royal Conservatory of Mons, he began his career with the RTBF Symphony Orchestra. Afterwards, he joined the Royal Chamber Orchestra of Wallonia where he was a violist for 20 years.
Meanwhile he has dedicated himself to teaching, which is of particular interest to him. He also practices chamber music duets and composes in a genre located halfway between classical music and jazz (music for theater, musical story-telling, etc.) In addition to numerous concerts, he is the president of the non-profit association « Fréquence Musicale » which, among others, is devoted to the dissemination and promotion of music in all its forms.
In recent years, he has formed a duet ("Binôme") with Benoit Caudron, which embodies both their passion and musical backgrounds.
