Vincent taught himself guitar and bass before to study jazz with Natalie Loriers and Pierre Vandormael at the Conservatoire de Namur where he joined the Big Band de Namur. He has also a classical training in double bass and won the prize of the Sabam and best young band of the Europe Jazz Contest de Hoeilaart.
