| Fabrizio Graceffa 4tet
Created in 2004 on the occasion of the Brussels Jazz Marathon, this
quartet offers a modern jazz repertoire, most of which composed
by young guitarist Fabrizio Graceffa.
His music is inspired by the sound of musicians from the contemporary
New York jazz scene. His influences include, among others: Chris
Potter, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Kenny Wheeler, John Scofield, …
Belgian-German trumpeter Peer Baierlein has a very imaginative style
and excellent phrasing, drawing his influences in equal measure
from the jazz of the Fifties and Sixties and from the post-bop world
of Tom Harrell.
